Pictured is August, 2017 Employee of the Month Deborah Brooks, who is an officer assigned to one of our premium accounts. She was hired in May of this year. It was only her third shift with Prudential Security at her assigned account, when Deborah suffered a traumatic accident.
During the course of performing her regular patrol rounds, Deborah noticed that a door was propped open, but she did not notice the wedge. Per the account post orders, Deborah took action to close the door. As Deborah worked on getting the door to close, the wedge came loose and the door suddenly slammed hard right on top of Deborah’s hand. This incident caused Deborah to lose a fingertip, which was surgically re-attached, however she now suffers nerve damage in her arm.
Through the course of this trauma, Deborah only missed two days of work, and has remained a diligent employee. Deborah arrives for work each day on time, fulfills all of her duties at her assigned account without skipping a beat, and hasn’t missed a day of work since she returned after the accident.
Deborah remains at the account she was originally assigned to by her own choice, and her attitude and performance has remained exceptional. Deborah’s ability to continue to deal with the aftermath of the accident with dignity and grace, and continue to fulfill her work obligations with loyalty to her employer and her assignment, marks her as a One-in-a-Million-Employee, and Prudential is lucky to have her on our Team. Congratulations Deborah on receiving this award. We appreciate you!

They and their team assure that everything is safe, secure, and runs like a well oiled machine.
